David’s gorgeous home was the perfect location for my family’s weekend in Tampa. The pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend, can’t wait to come back.

David was very flexible for a same day reservation due to a family emergency. The house was in a quiet neighborhood location with a beautiful and peaceful back yard. Morning coffee on the back porch facing the waterway was very relaxing. Huge kitchen equipped with what we needed for cooking dinner. Aldi and Publix within a 10 minute drive and easy access into downtown Tampa or St Petersburg.

David’s place is amazing! Quiet neighborhood, great atmosphere, perfect amenities, and David himself was great to work with. I highly recommend staying at David’s place if you’re looking to stay in the Tampa area!
