HOUSE RULES Property: 320 E. Gunnison Ave., Woodland Park, CO 80863 These House Rules are part of your reservation agreement. By booking this property, you agree to comply with all rules below. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund, additional fees, and/or involvement of local authorities. *Note: We ask prior to entering the property, confirm via messaging or text that you have read and agree to the house rules. 🏡 Occupancy No local residents can book this property unless approved in writing by VLI or the property owner. Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to the number stated in your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Visitors, gatherings, parties, or events of any kind must be approved in writing by VLI or the property owner. Primary guest must be 2 7years or older unless approved in writing. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM No loud music, shouting, amplified sound, or disruptive behavior at any time. This is a quiet rural area. Please respect neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 🚭 No Smoking / No Drugs No smoking or vaping inside the home or within 25 feet of the structure. No illegal drugs or controlled substances are allowed on the property. Violation will result in a minimum $500 fee, plus additional cleaning or damage costs. 🐾 Pets Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and additional cleaning fees. 🔥 Fire Safety Guests must comply with all local fire restrictions. No fireworks, open flames, or unauthorized fires. If provided, grills or fire pits must be attended at all times. Guests are responsible for any fire-related violations or damages. 🛋 Property Care Treat the home and property with care. Do not move furniture or equipment. Report damage immediately. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. 🧹 Cleanliness Leave the home in reasonable condition. Dispose of trash properly. Excessive mess, stains, or odors may result in additional cleaning fees. 🚗 Parking Park only in designated areas. Do not block roads, driveways, or access points. No RVs, trailers, ATVs, or off-road vehicles without prior approval. 🔐 Safety & Security Lock doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with security devices or monitoring equipment. Owner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 🛠 Maintenance & Access Guests must allow access for maintenance or emergencies. Report issues promptly. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in and check-out times must be followed exactly. Unauthorized late check-out or early check-in may incur fees. ⚠️ Rule Violations Violations may result in: Immediate cancellation without refund Additional fees or damage charges Removal from the property Involvement of local authorities By booking this property, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these House Rules.
